Music in your films

PostFri Aug 12, 2022 2:31 pm

Hey everyone, I'm looking to sign up for a service that charges you per year and has tons of music that can be used in films. I'm looking for places that charge by year ( and which allows you to use everything) not by song. Do any of you use sites like that which you can recommend?

Its not free scores as he accepts donations. Hopefully there is enough there for some of your work. As a big fan of the TV Series HANNIBAL's atmospheric soundtrack I love David's work. The hardest thing for me to find is a light mildly comedic score (that doesn't sound cheezy or over the top) for a scene that is not supposed to be too serious and you want to make it clear to the audience. David's website has that and much more. You can email him for stems if you need it.

I'm not a fan of the music sites like musicbed as they seem to be filled with recording artists who are not making scores for narrative pieces and just creating another revenue stream for their catalog.

Most music services do this. I use audiio because they're cheap and have a decently sized catalogue.
