Cleaning 6K Pro Glasss Over Sensor

I have the barest of smudges over the sensor glass cover.

What is the best way to clean this?

Please do a search in this subforum, sensor cleaning (actually cleaning the glass over it) has been discussed at length several times.
Or are you referring to the ND filter?
My disaster protection: export a .drp file to a physically separated storage regularly.
