Make BMPC look like Sony...or vice versa??

Hey guys, I have a question about image quality between my BMPC 6K G2 and my Sony A7R4...

I'm shooting guitar lesson videos with both cameras, using the Atem Mini Pro switched to switch between cameras.
Currently I'm using the BMPC 6K as 'camera 1' and to the Sony A7R4 as 'camera 2'.

The image quality on the BMPC is very flat and plain looking...I assume it's because it's meant to be fixed in post-editing with some sort of color grading or filters or something.
The image quality on my Sony A7R4 looks really rich and dynamic and beautiful.

So when I switch from camera 1 to camera 2 they both look VERY different.

My question is...is there an in-camera way to make the BMPC look like the Sony?
Or is it better to make the Sony look flat and plain (like the BMPC) and then just fix them both in post-editing?

I hope my question makes sense.
My goal is to simply try and make both camera image quality look the same or similar.
I'd prefer to do it all in-camera, so I don't have to do the work in post-editing...if that's an option?
