I am looking for the smallest case or bag which fits the 6K Pro with 18-35 Sigma attached.

How small ? Do you have cage or not, do you have handler? Give us more infos and your budget.

I usually use backpack for my cameras, I had three different sized backpack from temba, water sealed, cost a bit but that save my money during some accident, when I was under rain and also onetime when I fall into a waterfall during a shooting (yes, me and my tools we survived without harm).
I don’t know if you need to transport from home to studio or you need to do more km, but remember that is the bag that protect your tools, your investment in camera, lenses etc.

Good question. Right now without cage. Only 6K Pro attached to Sigma.

For my 4K and Panasonic glass I use a bag, in which 2 extra lenses fit, the bag is as small as possible. It can be opened from the top, so I have easy and fast access.

Unfortunately the 6K Pro is too big for this kind of bag.
I think about getting a hardcase (waterproof) which fits snuggly, and can also be worn over the shoulder.
Or a bag.
If the case is not too big I can put it in a backpack.

I intend to use it when I am on the road.

Budget about 100,- to 200,- €

Which Tenba backpack do you have that fits the 6K Pro plus Sigma?

I have a Sachtler Dr. Bag - 4 which means I can put my BMCC 6K Pro + 3 lenses, microphone, and batteries (6K with a lens and Small Rig Mini Max Box attached to the lens). I have a Canon lens similar in size to the Sigma and a 70-200mm Canon.

Otherwise I can use a small camera backpack and put the camera + one lens for convenience it depends on what I do but obviously the Sachtler is easier to take to any filming indoors.
