BM video assist - grid line strength?

PostTue Aug 23, 2022 2:31 pm

hi everyone,

i have both the 3G video assist 7" (which i still use with my sony a7s) and the 12G HDR video assist 7".

as you'll perhaps see in the photos here, the 'strength' of the white line for the grid is ever-so slightly less harsh on the 3G as it is on the 12G, though this could of course be down to how old my 3G is now.

nevertheless, i've found quite often that the boldness of the white lines of the grid can be quite distracting. it's a function i use almost constantly and i appreciate that maybe under bright daylight it could be handy to have them that bold, but in all other environments i'm missing out on what's immediately beneath each line.

is there any way of pulling down how bright these grid lines are shown?

cheers all,

H
