audio line input greyed out (pocket 4K)

I was preparing to record something today and when I plugged the mic in I noticed I was getting feedback. I used the camera with the same mic a few days ago and had no issue. Then after unplugging the mic and replugging it in the camera greyed out the mic input (mono and stereo) option. Tried a different mic. I tried turning it off and on a few times but the mic audio is always greyed out. I can't use it.
