Focus Peaking

PostFri Aug 26, 2022 1:13 pm

I've been attempting to work with focus peaking, but I have been unable to locate anything in the documentation which addresses how to achieve this. I've gone into the Monitor tab and turned Focus Peaking on, but yet the focus peaking effect is not being seen on my screen. Any suggestions how to do this?

Thanks!

Thanks for your prompt reply. I have already reviewed this document and was unable to locate any information regarding focus peaking. Is there any more specific information regarding the focus peaking process that you can suggest?

Thanks again.

I read those pages and made sure all settings are correct and yet I'm still not seeing focus peaking on my screen. I have the color set to red with a background that has no red. So, I should be able to see the focus peaking, but am not.

Are there other factors or things that would create focus peaking to not appear?

Thanks again for your help!

did you also turn on focus assist in the LCD settings?
it is stronger when you set it to colored lines

and better set it to green and 55%

That seemed to do the trick. Very interesting. The colored lines and color green did it.

Great, helpful tips!

Thanks!
