IR Cut Filter Ring

Hello Everyone -

I recently won a bid for the BMPCC 4K and on receiving the camera realised that the IR Cut filter was replaced by the previous owner using a custom square piece of filter glass and the filter ring that holds the filter is missing.

Is there any place I could order the metal IR Cut filter ring that holds the filter for the BMPCC 4K?

Anyone with some knowledge or experience on this do let me know.
