HORIZONTAL BANDING WITH FLURO TUBE LIGHTING
Hi there,
I was shooting with my new PCC6KPRO at a nightclub event and noticed that there was horizontal banding appearing on my screen/monitor which was being caused by the fluro tubes above. I was shooting at 25fps and set my shutter speed to 1/50 however the banding was awful. I played around with different shutter speeds and in the end had to go down to 1/25 which still showed some banding. I also experimented with different frame rates and flipped between 50hz and 60hz but this also made no difference... Am I missing something here? Or is it just an unfortunate fact to deal with when working with crap fluro tube lighting.
Thanks, Joe
