Upgrading Issue to 7.9.1

Trying to upgrade to 7.9.1 from 7.3.1 to Windows
I installed 7.9.1 to computer, turned on, then connected BMPCC 6k pro to computer.
Problem: Installed 7.9.1. to computer but panel to install in camera does not appear,
I'm thinking old installation is blocking the new so I go to uninstall programs.
Most recent installation of Black Magic RAW and utility are shown
7.3.1 is not shown to uninstall. (Further, don't see uninstall on this version from settings/programs with right click) Question: should I even try to uninstall previous version?
This issue started when I tried recording with Juggler, which I had used no problem before, but this time it stopped recording after a few secs/mins on all settings. So I thought the upgrade would solve it.
What am I not doing to get installation? Thanks!
