Are these black horizontal lines at all fixable? This is definitely a reshoot, unfortunately.

Sorry about that. I changed it.

The blacks are sitting at 10IRE because the footage hasn't been normalized into 709. Use some flavor of color management and report back, or better yet post a Braw frame.

Can’t tell much without a camera original frame.

Howard is correct it was a color space issue. Thanks for the help guys.
