URSA Broadcast G2 only streaming CH1 audio?

My URSA Broadcast G2 is only streaming Ch1 Audio. The camera is running the latest firmware, (7.9.2) Does anyone know if it's currently possible to get both audio channels streaming?
Context:
I have a livestream early next week that involves a remote URSA contribution. I have it streaming nicely to an ATEM streaming bridge. I want to send a lav mic down channel 1 and a hand mic down channel 2 and mix them at control. Right now I'm planning on using a Teradek cube 755 as a primary and the internal stream as backup due to this audio issue. It would sure be convenient to have both channels of audio incorporated into the rtmp stream.
Does anyone have any insight into this?
