Any update on internal metal high pitch noise on the pocket?

PostMon Dec 23, 2013 7:20 pm

Searched and found original post. Was this ever noted by blackmagic? Besides recording audio externally does anyone have a work around or DIY solution? Or does the camera have to be sent back to blackmagic?

This noise.. .first discovered by cheesycam. It's a slight metal tiny noise. It's always there.

Is this a hardware issue with the initial batches that was fixed?

This is something unrelated and quite possibly a faulty unit.
