On the 6K Pocket Pro, if you're recording in BRAW, the choice between "Film", "Video", and "Extended Video" is simply metadata that can be adjusted in any NLE that supports BRAW. There are monitoring and workflow reasons to chose one of those options over another, but doing so imposes no difference on the actual signal recorded, as long as you are recording to BRAW (and not ProRes).
You should also be aware that one of the powerful features of BRAW in BMD cameras is that custom 33 point 3D LUTs in .cube format can be embedded as metadata inside the BRAW file in camera, or even later in post via a sidecar file. So, you are not limited in any way on what the image in the camera LCD, or your on set monitors, or what every person in post sees on their display. You have total control over how BRAW clips are displayed throughout the entire production and post chain.
