Personally, I don’t see the need for another device to control the camera. The Loupedeck just adds another bulk. Nice innovative work you got but I am okay relying on my hands and eyes to control the camera.

Live zoom in cine style shooting is rare, and there’s seldom need to change focal length within miliseconds. For live shooting where the focus (pun) is less scripted, motorized zoom is necessary. I believe the Olympus 12-100 would be an excellent candidate for this treatment. The studio cams are sorely lacking any solid lens options. This would be a killer combination.
