Help with Video Assist

Hi everyone

Am based in the UK and would like advise on where to send my Video Assist 5" 12g monitor for repare.
The screen just went all crazy for NO reason.
Its out of warranty by few months
Anyone ever had this same issue?

I hope that problem is just with the monitor and not the camera; did you review your footage on a computer? The only time I've seen something like that was when my camera itself was defective; happened to me with a brand-new Micro Cinema Camera and I had to send it back for an exchange.

Its only on the VA monitor and doesn't affect the footage coming out of it. Even when i send a feed from the VA to a directors monitor, the directors monitor looks good.

Any update? Very interesting that the feed from the VA but the image on screen is fubar.

Haven't had the chance to contact them yet as i've been busy filming but will try and contact them this week.
