Noise in the audio

Hellow..i am getting the noise in the audio in my bmpcc6k...there is no issue with the mic,mic is giving no noise in ny other device but in the bmpcc6k it's giving so much noise .ccccccccccc short of sound ...help me if you can .

Can you provide a sound sample so we can hear it?

What microphone are you using?

Are you sure the tip, ring and shield on your 3mm plug are correct for the BMPCC input socket?

Does it record the noise outside on a cold day?

Does it sound like the fans that surround the sensor?
