XLR mic suddenly not working

My Sennheiser wireless lavalier mic has suddenly stopped working with my 6K pro. I checked the transmitter and mic using another camera. They worked just fine.

At the risk of stating the obvious, is there any chance that the XLR phantom power switch for your mic channel is turned off in the Audio settings? Did you update the firmware recently? That can reset some settings to their default, which (I guess) for XLR phantom power would be turned off?

You don’t need phantom power for the lav.

Do you still have a charge in the receiver? They don’t last long compared to the transmitter.
