No camera controls on external monitor?

Hi, I own BMPCC 4K and 6KPro. One issue that I have with my BMPCCs is that I see camera controls—namely shutter speed, ISO and WB—only on the built in LCD, which is usually obstructed by my V-mount battery. I can't get them to show up on my external monitors even when 'text status' is turned on. Am I missing something? I haven't been able to find any info on this topic. Please help. Thanks

Which external monitor(s) are you connecting to the Pocket cameras?

You can use a Bluetooth enabled app to control the camera. Blackmagic Design has an app and there are a few third-party apps.

Set Status Text ON, Cinematographer, and Meters.

I'm using a FeelWorld 7" 4K Ultra-Bright Monitor and a FeelWorld EVF

Set Status Text ON, Cinematographer, and Meters.

Both are on, and I do see the setting on the top of the screen, but I dont see the the control slider that pops up on the bottom third of the screen when you press SS, WB or ASO buttons

Turn off “clean feed” on the HDMI page.
