Hey, to the bmcc team I would first like to thank you guys for coming up with a cool camera at a great price tag. I realize that none of us (buyers) know how hard it is to create and mass distribute a camera, but I do know that we all have been very very patient with no idea when we will receive our investments. I can't help but to think that there should be some sort of incentive added with our shipped cameras for our troubles. I think at this point that the handles should be free of charge for everyone that has waited so long with no real answer as to when we will receive our cameras. Again Im not trashing the BMD team as I really appreciate what you guys have done, just thinking and thought it would be a cool gesture to all of the very patient BMC investors .

I think you're aiming too low.

When I used to work at Apple headquarters, the rallying cry was, "Free spacesuits for everyone!"

That was long ago, so I no longer remember the context, regrets.

Maybe your right! The hell with it, "GIVE US THE DAMN CAMERA, AND REFUND OUR MONEY"

I purchased the Cinema Handles for $7. in a package deal with the BMCC on B&H..
To be honest at this point I'd be thrilled to just get my camera delivered within the next week or two.

Yeah, to be honest, I care about nothing else except for simply getting my damn camera. I have DSLRs to shoot on, sure, and have recently but they honestly suck in comparison.

To be fair, I had a... healthy... payout for being made redundant recently The 5DIII is for stills primarily, though and the odd bit of video. If it has anything going for it, its that the noise performance in video mode is GREAT. ISO 1600 barely misses a beat. The biggest issue I have with its video mode is the resolution. Even at ISO 100 it barely manages a 720p resolution in 1080p

You know what guys, If it wasn't for this forum and all the awesome people on here sharing their frustrations reminding me that Im not alone waiting for something thats starting to feel unreel...I don't think I would've waited this long. Knowing there's others who feel just as frustrated as myself makes things a little better when Im pissed about my unshipped camera.
