BMPCC focus + black straight vertical line problem

Just happened today

notice the straight green focus line? at fist that thing doesn't appear, but after i shot some videos, that thing always appear on the screen even after i re-attach the lens and adapter.
after that, when i opened the video this thin black straight vertical line appears on the right.

lens used : nikkor dx 35mm with kiwi adapter

anybody know what's wrong?

Sadly that may be the sensor. I would recommend updating your firmware to the newest version and see if that helps, or downgrade a version of firmware. If all else fails I would contact BMD.
