Hello everyone,
This is my first post here, so please let me know if I've overlooked any steps.
I work at an educational institution in the UK, and we recently upgraded our on-campus TV studio with three URSA G2 Broadcast cameras, replacing our older JVC units. They have been working flawlessly and integrate well with our TriCaster system. However
, we encountered an issue when a student, using one of the cameras on a tripod, had the leg collapse, causing the camera to fall and damage its LCD monitor. Although the hinge is intact, the housing of the monitor unit is cracked. Upon closer inspection, all ribbon cables are connected correctly, the unit receives power, the external display lights up, and the camera still outputs to an external monitor. Unfortunately, we are now unable to access any menu settings.
