Just dove in and bought my first BM camera, the new micro 4K G2. Love it so far, going to use it as a wide shot or hidden cam for live music and theatre. Miles ahead of GoPros and Sony action cams.

In addition to LP-E6 batteries and the included 12V power cord, what are the best recommendations for longer life battery options in the field? V-mount batteries with LP-E6 adapter? USB-C power bank? Looking for best bang for buck. I'm getting less than 60 minutes recording on an LP-E6.

Thanks folks !!

Hi Gene, I'm in the same boat. I just purchased my first BM camera, The BMMSC 4K G2! and I'd like to power it from the D-Tap of a battery. After some research, it seems like the BMMSC barrel is 2.5mm so I'm wondering if this locking barrel to D-Tap adapter: bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1750219-REG/kondor_blue_kb_dctap_2_5lock_bk_coiled_d_tap_to_locking.html will work? and what did you end up doing?

I first bought this LP-E6 plate to D-Tap adapter: bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1737454-REG/kondor_blue_kb_dtap_clpe6_bk_d_tap_to_canon_lp_e6.html but the BMMSC has an extra ridge that blocks the battery plate from engaging.
