Speedbooster Ultra on BMPCC4K - Focal Length Metadata

PostFri Mar 01, 2024 12:57 am

Wondering if anyone has an EF Speedbooster Ultra 0.71x that they use with their BMPCC4K and can check something for me. When you have it on your camera, are you still able to manually dial in lens metadata? As in focal length, aperture, etc? I thought I read a post about around about how putting a Speedbooster on overrides user input in that menu but I'm not sure if that's still the case.

Thanks!

The Focal Length = the actual focal length of the lens.
