Recording sometimes legging

I recorded my first video today and some parts the image slows down for a quick moment. It is an on-going issue on the entire recording.
My setup is a atem mini pro, camera is a generic ptz connected via HDMI , SanDisk SSD extreme 500gb via usb-c using the cable provided with the ssd.
Any help will save my world. Tnkz
