First off loved the dough joke.

You did write in on of my least favorite things though: scripts that reference about other movies. So... Self satisfying to the writers, but almost never plays well.

Your color grade looks a bit flat. Did you shoot raw or prores? In either case you need to pull out the contrast some more and work with the colors to get them to pop. Using a LUT like captain hooks is a great starting point.

Nice job otherwise.

We shot in ProRes because of the time constraints, which is also why the color grade looks flat... we didn't really have time to grade it, given that we only had eight hours to make the film.

I've found that applying captain hooks LUT saves me a lot of time when grading prores. Give it a try.

I'll check those out. Are they for Resolve, or can you use them in Premiere?

It was a learning experience for sure, but hopefully we'll be able to do it again and do a better job yet :)
