The Pocket 6K has 3 models, the OG, the G2, and the Pro. All 3 comes with EF mounts. Rokinon Cine lenses comes in EF or PL mount and has different models. I have a set of the Rokinon Cine DS. Rokinon and Samyang are pretty much the same except for the build. The Rokinon are metal while the Samyang is more plastic housing hence lighter. The Rokinons come with T stops too. If you are getting the Pocket 6K and it comes with the EF mount then depending on your budget you have the standard Cine line called the DS and then there is the premium Cine line called the Xeen.
Note that the Rokinon has a softer look which I like. What I don’t like is that in low light, especially with the Blackmagic cameras (and I have used them in both the Pocket Cinema and the URSA 4.6K G2, they tend to have some color aberrations, especially on the magenta side. So you will have to get acquainted and learn how to shoot with these lenses. Now, if you want sharp images, this is not the lens for you. I suggest going with a Sigma ART lens and in particular the 18-35mm f1.8. This is a photo lens but it is one of the most used and recommended lenses for pretty much any BMD cameras.

https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/ ... c_hsm.html35mm is my go to lens for much of my Cine projects and I use the Rokis for narrative, drama shoots. For general use, I usually head for my trusted Sigma ART 18-35, my Canon 50mm L lens, and the Tokina 11-16mm wide. Unfortunately, with the latest firmware of the Pocket 6K, the iris control for the Tokina is not working. It works fine with my URSA so I use it there more than on the 6K unless I’m just depending exposure on False Color. However , you can go back a version or 2 of the 6K firmware and the Tokina will work there. You just have to weight which new functionality is more important to your needs. I hope BM fixes this in the upcoming firmware.
Good luck!
