Monitor for 4 k

My first post here. I am from France.
I bought a second hand 4k , very happy. I want to invest in a new monitor . Don’t need recording.
First I thought the Shinobi : looked perfect for me.
But today looks like you get better for far cheaper : FEELWORLD F5 Prox ….and others.
My budget is 250 usd/eur
I saw a promo for Blackmagic Video Assist 5” 3G at about my budget.
Can I get some help from you
