Shape Cage for BMPCC

I'm not sure how all of the other cages for the BMPCC handle accessories, but as far as I can tell, the Shape cage can not be used with either the Kinotechnik LCDVF (metal frame won't fit in cage) or the Metabones speed booster (tripod foot won't go into cage. I have the Shape cage and would love to use the cage with those two accessories, but I can't figure out how to fit it without doing some serious machining.

After removing tripod foot, I see that speed booster diameter is too wide for Shape cage opening.... darn it
