What Voltage Should Illuminate "Low Battery" On BMPCC6K?

As a follow up to last week's post about the camera not turning on scare, I have this question....

At what voltage should the "low battery" red icon be appearing with the factory-original stock battery the camera shipped with? When I look on the battery itself it says it's a 7.4 volt battery and when I plug in the AC power it says the transformer is for 12 volts DC and the battery icon/percentage indicator increases.

Because the red charge light never goes off at all (even when the battery percentage shows as high as 7.8), I started to wonder if the battery is on the fritz. Then I started seeing the red low battery indicator light come on, and it seems to trigger at 6.5 volts and below. Is this normal????
