Blackmagic Camera App (iPhone 15)

I have the base model iPhone 15. I installed the Blackmagic camera app and see it allows me to shoot in ProRes. From my research ProRes is only allowed on the iPhone Pro and Pro Max. Is this an error or it’s legit ProRes?
Second question, when selecting ProRes it only allows for up to 30fps. Is that a limitation of the iPhone 15 and using ProRes via the Blackmagic camera app?
