Ursa Mini Pro 12K - 4K S16 - SDI outputs

Hi,

When shooting with the Ursa Mini Pro 12K in cropped 4K Super16 mode, I noticed that the record format is 17:9. Is the SDI output in that mode letterboxed or is it a cropped 16:9 output?

Aren’t those those the same thing?

One would be letterboxed with black bars. One would have the left and right sides cut off for full screen 16x9.
