Ursa G2 will not power up.

I have an issue where my URSA G2 will intermittently not power up, you can hear the relay switch kick in but nothing happens after, no on light of monitor lit up. I can unplug wait a good while and it will power up. But if you turn it off it and try to turn it on again will do the same and not kick on save the sound of the relay switching on.

Any ideas.
