Ursa Broadcast G1 Lut stuck on

We have a few BMD cameras including two Ursa's. One is a broadcast g1 and it's having a weird issue where it always has a lut applied to all outputs and recording. If you enable the display lut on any output it applies the lut a second time and basically destroys the image. This isn't a huge issue except we have a few new cameras and need to adjust the luts to match a bit better. The braw files also have the same issue so it's basically writing to the output instead of applying it to metadata.

I've tried resetting cameras settings and re-flashing firmware. Our other ursa behaves normally.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Are you sure you haven't got the Lut set to embed (Apply Lut to File set to off; 3rd page of record on my UBG2)? Do you have the VF or Studio finder? Can you check each SDI monitor settings? Flick the Lut to view on and off, for each. Try and load some other Luts independent of the supplied ones and select those in turn. Try both Video and Extended without Luts, instead of Film/log. This: If you enable the display lut on any output it applies the lut a second time and basically destroys the image, tends to suggest you are trying to apply a lut, over either Video or Extended and you are not set to 'Film'. Have you tried Prores and DNxHR as well as Braw? Try calibrating the sensor as well as resetting the camera.

As mentioned above a simple fix, switch to 'Film' not 'Extended Video' or 'Video' in the record menu.

Have a quick read of the manual as well, knowing about these settings is pretty fundamental.
