Camera App for Android bad quality 8k with 22mm lens

It's great to see the BM Camera App working on Android. It is amazing. The only issue I've encountered using it with a Galaxy S23 Ultra is that for some reason when setting it to 8k resolution and the 22mm lens, the resulting videos look low quality. Oddly enough twice I was able to get the image to look right after going in and out of the settings a few times, but I haven't been able to figure out what is that made it work. The same lens (second from the top) with the stock Samsung camera app produces good quality image, although I noticed that the FOV is smaller (I double checked and both apps are using the same camera and no zoom is applied). See the sample cropped images attached, both from the BM app. One shows the consistently low quality image and the other is from when by chance I got it to work fine.
