if the sooo called cameras have started to make their way out the production line, why havent we seen any test footage or even pics of the BMCC yet???

Are you living in a cave? There's a lot of user videos of BMCC footage.

I'm pretty sure he meant NEW!!! not old footage that has been out for months. He clearly says "if the sooo called cameras have started to make their way out the production line" ie the Chinese guy with the BMCC. Reading is comprehension

At least one of the links posted in this thread points to videos put up online in just the past few days. For example, less than 24 hours ago:


And yes: There is very little new video out there, because, of course, there are very few cameras out there. Unfortunately.

The second poster seemed a bit condescending to me, but I wasn't ragging at all I just felt the OP question wasn't answered. The link you posted is new to me though thank you! I think that particular link is what the OP was referring to

No, not anything new thats worth really watching. John Brawley's video is the only real example of cinematography at work. The rest are at best mini montages. Jon Car footage shows some great grading and what the camera can do pushed. Im ready to shoot a feature when i get this thing, hopefully sooner that later.
