Blank box with music symbol only showing

Hi all, I'm a real newbie and tried transferring files over and they show a blank box with music symbol only with no pictures or videos? How do I get my videos to show? Thanks

Get Studio or a Mac. Some codecs are not read in the free Windows version.
My disaster protection: export a .drp file to a physically separated storage regularly.
