Hello film lovers!
I have a problem with my Ursa Brodcast G2. The main SDI output on the backside can only send 1080p and not 4K. Or to be precise, when I send 1080 I receive a signal (on my Atmos Sumo) and when I change to 4K in the menu, it disappears. It works with my other three Ursas. Anyone recognize the problem?

Probably a cable issue but it may be the port as well. Have you swapped with a known good cable? 12G can be finicky.

Just to confirm, are you using properly built 12G SDI cable and you're connected to Input 1 on the Sumo19? It only supports 12G SDI on that 1st input to the best of my knowledge.

That was the problem. Input 1 was set to 1080p/3g When I changed it to 12g it worked! Thank you very much!
