URSA G2 BROADCAST LENSES HELP

Hi there, I am looking to purchase an Ursa broadcast g2 6k. I have expanded my work from typical commercials and set productions to live events, specifically NCAA and NFL football. I am quickly realizing how my current set up with an fx3 and fx6 is not designed for what I am trying to do hence the purchase of a broadcast cam.
The chaos of lenses in this new world is in comprehensible to me compared to the simple cinema world where you a prime is simply listed as the mm and leave it at that.
Now searching for a lens to use for NFL Football on this body is all I am doing and all I can find is the mention of b4 lenses that don't cover the sensor. The way I shoot I generally need a full image to also crop in as the team will use some of these on social media as vertical reels.
I am very new to this side of the industry and reading lenses with names like LA16X8BRM makes me want to throw my head against the wall lol.
Essentially looking for a solid focal range. somewhere in the world of at least 24 minimum focal distance (will take 35/50 for the right lens and a maximum focal distance of 200 ideally 250 or more. So essentially a 25-250 as my actual usable range on that camera and that won't make me extremely poor ideally with focus control. Image sharpness is very important here as well.
Please take this with grace as I am sure I sound like an idiot but just a new side of the industry for me and truly have no idea what I am talking about.
