backing up settings on BM URSA Mini Pro 4.6k

I think I have a situation with one of our cameras that requires a factory reset. The manual tells me to back it all up and restore it after the reset (in addition to redoing black calibration) but it doesn't tell me *how* to do a backup.

A search of this forum doesn't seem to show that anyone else has ever asked this question.

So: how do I backup all the settings on the camera?

I don’t think there is a backup option on the URSA UMP 4.6K. I have the G2 and I know the only thing it will let you do is copy your presets and LUTs to the SD Card or CFAST card. Hence what I would do is copy all the LUTs I have by going to the LUT option and save them to a SD Card. I’m not to concern about the default LUTs so I just copy those LUTs that I installed. Next, I also backup my presets. I have a preset I called “MyDefault” which is the preset containing all the standard settings I have for it. I also have a couple of other presets like for “Indoor” and “Outdoor”, for example, that has settings that I usually like the camera to be set for depending on whether I am in or outdoor. I copy all these presets to the SDCard. That’s pretty much it.

When I finished resetting the camera to factory, I just import back all these LUTs and Presets and everything is dandy. I could also just select the “MyDefault” preset so that it will reset my camera to how I had it prior reset. I hope this helps.
