Recording from a Blackmagic Camera to a Synology NAS

I'm new to these cameras and theres a ton to learn! I see that Blackmagic has their own proprietary solution, but I am currently running a Synology NAS with a 10GB Ethernet Card. IS there any way I can record 4K Video from my BlackMagic Pocket Cinema 4K and my Micro Studio Camera 4K directly to my NAS.
Im also using a 10GB Switch at my home.
If not is there an intermediate piece of hardware that will let me accomplish this automatically without the use of a intermediate SSD? Will need to keep 4K footage, and not change to HD.
All hardware is at the same geographic location.
