Cine Ursa received! - one question...

PostTue Sep 24, 2024 7:50 pm

I received the Cine Ursa yesterday!!!

I didn't think through the media workflow... I do not want to use a media dock or rely on wifi. Does anyone know how to offload footage via ethernet cable to my Mac by chance?

I have an ethernet to usb-c cable and I can get it to be recognized in the camera setup app but that's about as far as I can get currently.

Thank you

The instructions on page 40 in the user manual indicate you can transfer directly via USB. Did you try that method?

Assuming that it works the same as the other cams you need to enable ftp/smb in the setup utility. I don’t think you need the ethernet adapter either. Just plug in via USBC and the cam should show up in the computer’s network settings.

Good Luck

URSA Cine LF 12K beats Pyxis to the finish line.

Perhaps you’ll honour us with a photo of your new toy!

Of course you do. Does the $25K Burano or $80K ALEXA 35 come with Pelican cases?
