Application does not work on android on VIVO smartphone, can not be installed from google play ( location Poland)

It only works on certain androids phones and those must be on android 13.

I have android 13, and the phone is VIVO Y72. The app developers are here? Can't they improve it?

I have android 13, vivo y72, does not work in Poland, can not download from the play store. The developers of the application are here? can not fix it?

There are to different vivo Y72 5G Phones.
Chipset Mediatek Dimensity 700 (7 nm)
Chipset Qualcomm SM4350 Snapdragon 480 5G (8 nm)
You can try to download a previus version of Blackmagic Camera:
