Yeah, well, from a financial standpoint it's true.

While the world would be a better place if it did, fostering goodwill with your customers is not something that you'll find on a finical report to the shareholders.

I suppose that depends on how far ahead you're looking. Customer goodwill doesn't pay off right away, but in the long term it's profitable, especially for a product and/or service that has a high margin, as is the case with Red gear.
