No Iris on BMPC6k pro Monitor with Manual Cine Lens?

Hi All,
Be grateful for your help. I’ve purchased a meike 18mm cine lens and noticed that the iris setting does not register on the monitor? Does anyone know the reason for this and if there is some way it can register on the monitor?

The Meike Cine lenses don’t have any electronics, therefore no communication between lens and camera.
