Is there - or could there be - an easy way to fix time...

...of clips recorded when the camera's date is set wrong?
Right now to do it I have to both batch rename the clips to the correct date/time and use a bulk date/time modifier app to adjust the creation and modify times.

Given that the clock forgets the time so quickly it'd be nice if there were an easy way - perhaps in the setup app - to set the start date/time when a series of clips were recorded and have the app update the clip names, file timestamps, and metadata.

Joe, my cameras sync to external Tentacle Sync timecode so I assume in that case that the individual DNG files use the correct time. I haven’t tested that to be sure. Is that an option that would be helpful?

Nope. I’m talking about the simple run and gun case where one has a small rig with an on cam shotgun mic plugged in to the cam.
