Is .Braw possible on Android?

Is it possible, for example on a Xiaomi 14 ultra... or Samsung S24 Ultra, that one day the .BRAW function will be added within the BM app? (Internal or External)-

They say that with an app called "MotionCam" you can record in raw, however apparently this overheats the smartphone a lot and the files are also huge.

Braw is possible where there is somehow a collaboration between brand and Blackmagic. Brand should share with them sensor profiling data, and more, they should change the way to preprocess data, that mean brand share their secret sausage of their picture and Blackmagic Design share a bit about secret of Blackmagic of Braw.

But … they should meet a powerful cpu to do that in between of shooting and fast support where write on, and brought cache to manage a so huge amount of data’s.

Not simple to meet

Hi.

MotionCam mcraw size is around 400MB for 4k60 for one second, so suggets you lower your framerate
or resolution. You can also record to a SSD, or via a fast WiFi to a laptop. Here is a link:

MotionCam Tools Installer v1.0.0.1 for Windows/Mac OS from https://www.motioncamapp.com/

You can then import its dng folders on davinci.
