I bought myself a microphone Sennheiser MKE 200 и Rode Wireless Pro.
Can't connect Sennheiser MKE 200 to miniXLR. I have already used 3 different cables.
I need to connect it to miniXLR. So that I can connect a timecode generator or Rode in 3.5.
Why doesn't it work?
If you slightly insert the 3.5 Jack into the microphone, the sound appears with great interference. If you insert it all the way, it disappears.
If you connect Rode with these cables, it works with it

Not sure you can get this mic to work. It is designed to be connected to unbalanced stereo inputs (although the mic is mono) that provide plug in power. The mini xlr on the BM camera is balanced and provides 48v phantom power. An adaptor like this may work but I can't see enough details to tell:

It’s not the cables. As Richard tried to explain, the Sennheiser requires 2-10v plug in power. Even with a 48v-5v (phantom power to plug-in power) step down transformer you may have common mode rejection/phase issues going from a mic that’s likely dual mono output to balanced input.
Can you not go the other way and run the Sennheiser into the TRS?
Good Luck

It works via TRS. But I need this connector to connect a timecode generator

Have you tried running the LTC into the mini XLR/TA3F connector? The caveat here is that you can't use TC Mode 5 on the Rode, this will output an identical signal on the LR channels, invoke common mode rejection, and you'll get no level. You'd need to run TC Mode 1 for it to work with the mini XLR you have or use a different cable configuration for Mode 5.
Good Luck

I need so that BMPCC4K accepts timecode. This is only possible through 3.5 TRS.
If you connect the Rode via miniXLR, the timecode is not accepted.
Please send me the link to the required cable. If you know which one is needed for MKE 200.

Hello,
For me the problem is the MKE 200, made for the 3.5 mm plug, asymetric wire and low tension alim.
I use the MKE 600, more expansive, taller but much better mic, made for XLR plug, symetric wire and 48v phantom alim. With a XLR/miniXLR cable, it work perfectly on my BMPCC4K and the 3.5 jack is available for timecode AND wireless (with an Y cable).
There is even a battery as to plug the MKE 600 on cameras without phantom 48v.

I found a solution. I use Rode SC11 cable.
I connect RED to timecode Deity TC-1
I connect BLACK to MKE 200
The synchronization mode on Deity TC1 is Audio-TC.
if you select LTC mode, they are not separated
I choose on BMPCC4K
Channel 1 - 3.5mm Left Mic
Channel 1 - 3.5mm Right Mic
