SHUTTER SPEED ISSUE

I imagine this is not solvable on line but ..
The shutter speed toggle switch is not working. When I toggle the switch it will not choose a speed, then a few moments later it will "catch up" and set a speed I think is relative to the number of presses of the switch - sometimes. Right now I am trying to set to 120 fps but it will not move beyond 60 - but - a few minutes ago it was at 900 fps. I am guessing this means a factory repair. I wish there was another way to choose SS. Anyone know where the nearest repair is to Vancouver B.C. or whether an "off brand" camera repair could fix it?

I have found that I can, of course, set the shutter deg. via the touch screen, which I do not normally do. However, the toggle switch is still not working. From the repair threads on this forum it seems I may be forced to only use the touch screen method.

Surprised no one has weighted in.
BM said they can repair it for $250 us but it will take 12-15 days, so too long for me to drive it down to Fremont and wait.

You can set shutter speed directly on the touch screen, just tap in the hud onto the shutter speed.
You can also press the shutter speed button to activate the settings and then use the scroll wheel on the camera’s front to change the value.

Thx so much Robert;

I had the first suggestion figured out - though I had never used it. But, not sure about the second: "You can also press the shutter speed button to activate the settings and then use the scroll wheel on the camera’s front to change the value."
By the SS button do you mean the touch screen button or ??? And by the scroll wheel do you mean the MENU wheel. I tried them and nothing so I must be wrong. Thanks Richard
