Phantom power on Pyxis

Hello. I have a job this upcoming week that is going to need some decent audio for the broll. I went to setup my rode NTG-3 with the Pyxis but the phantom power checkbox on the audio screen is greyed out. Any ideas why or how I can troubleshoot the situation?

Are you sure you picked your audio channel to "XLR1 Mic"? only "XLR1 Mic" has phantom power available.

On my Pyxis, it was simple: just switch Channel 1 to "XLR1 Mic" not "XLR Line" and then enable phantom power.
